The process to get a Nanny was very impressive. After having a couple of people we picked not go through we had wonderful assistance from the agency as they had a couple of other suggestions and this is how we came to have Melinda as our Nanny. It does take at least 4 months but we had planned for this wait. Melinda has been with us now for two months and things are going quite well and we are very happy so far.
